Scott Wilson Brooks, 43, passed away on June 9, 2021 in Steamboat Springs, CO, where he had lived since 1999.
He loved living in the Yampa Valley where he enjoyed skateboarding, snowboarding, fly fishing and particularly photography. He was most proud of his greatest contribution to the world, his two daughters, Charlotte and Veda.
He is survived by his parents, Susan and Robert Brooks of Newport News; and his partner, Alexandra Sonntag.
A Memorial Service will be held by the Yampa River at West Lincoln Park, Steamboat Springs, CO at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 18, 2021. Condolences may be sent to Weymouth Funeral Home.
