Ray Ritter,75, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Pearl Ritter; and his great-nephew, John W. Register, Jr. Ray is survived by his sister, Patsy Register and her husband, John Wayne Register of York County; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be private.
