Paul Leopold Menno, 95, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 at his home. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Michael and Beatrice Menno.
Out of all his prior employments, Paul enjoyed working at Rita’s Italian Ice and bagging groceries with Langley Air force and Fort Eustis, the most.
In his down time, Paul would lose himself in wood crafting characters such as, Hello Kitty and Scooby Doo. He also loved to fly model RC airplanes, bowling and coached 1 baseball team, “The Cubs” and 1 teen ladies softball team, “The Powderpuffs” in Tampa, FL. Paul was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, of 63 years. He is survived by his sons, Paul M. “Mike” Menno, Charles A. “Chuck” Menno and Anthony C. “Rusty” Menno; his daughters, Patricia “Pat” Roddy and Tina M. Johnson; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at St. Jerome Catholic Church. Arrangements by Weymouth Funeral Home.
