Lawrence Stanley Worboys, Sr, 69, of Newport News, Va passed away peacefully on Monday November 30, 2020. He was born in New York and raised in Muncie, Indiana by Ernest and Julia Denny. Known by all as Stan, he was an avid sports fan, especially for his Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Indians, being a jokester and all-around fun guy. His true loves in life were his children and all of his 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by wife, Regina Keefer, and daughter, Kiley Worboys. He is survived by four loving children, Kimberly Worboys, Lawrence Worboys, Jr., Wiley Worboys Sr. and his wife, Kimberly, Kelly Harber and her husband Brandon; his adored grandchildren: Tiffany, Patrick, James, Wiley Jr., Joshua, Brian, Kaelyn, Bentley, Corrina, Khrystian.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Weymouth Funeral Home. Arrangements by Weymouth Funeral Home.
