Kenny Ritter Leedy, 91, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 in Hampton, VA. He was born in Bluefield, VA. Kenny lived in Newport News for 44 years after moving to the area in 1977. He served with the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring as a MSgt in 1980. Kenny also worked as a hospitality Manager for ODU, retiring in 1993 after 10 years of service. He enjoyed working on cars, loved football and in his younger years, loved to play golf.
Kenny was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Elizabeth Leedy and his parents, John Marion Leedy and Ruby Vivian Ruble. He is survived by his daughter, Kendra Battese of Newport News, VA.
