mother, Gail Whitney; brother, Michael Collins; sister, Kristin Millslagle; son, Tyler Collins (Laura); nephew,
Jordan Johnson; step children, Steven Isaacson and his wife and Shane Isaacson; grandchildren, Rayne and
Rhea Isaacson; mother-in-law, Helen Eadie and father-in-law, Barry Eadie.
