Jeanette Joyce Belcher, 78, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018 after a long illness. She lived most of her life in Newport News and Norfolk, VA.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Belcher; and a son, John Belcher.
She is survived by two sons, Lawrence and Mark Belcher; and a daughter, Jeannie Packard; and her sister, Shirley Boyd Bullington.
Jeanette worked in sales at the Ward’s Corner Jewelry. She was often remembered for her sewing, knitting, and needle work. The love she put into her family shined every day, we miss her.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 12:00pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Peninsula Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements are by Weymouth Funeral Home.
