Helen Faye Breedlove, 76, was called home after a courageous battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on Sat., Nov. 25, 2017. She was surrounded by her family. She was a native of Jamesville, NC. She was also a longtime employee for Kmart Corporation.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Martin; son, Roger Breedlove (Regina); daughter, Cynthia Gandy (William); grandchildren, Stephani Hunter (Justin), Amy Hurley (Jordon), Eric Breedlove, and Kaitlyn White; great-grandchildren, Jay and Landon Hunter and Lily Hurley. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00am on Friday, December 1, 2017 at World Outreach Worship Center at 1233 Shields Rd., Newport News, VA 23608. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am at the church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Patient Advocate Foundation in Hampton, VA. Arrangements are by Weymouth Funeral Home.
