Many shipbuilders like myself will miss Ray. He and I had the RADCON and QID 2nd shift crews back on the last Enterprise refueling. Ray talked about his family and baseball while teasing me about our college rivalry. Ray was a great coworker and encourager to all who worked with him.

My deepest and most sincere condolences your spouse, father, grandfather and dear friend.
Ray welcomed me into RadCon and was pivotal in me learning and growing as a young engineer. I also had the pleasure of competing with Ray on our department softball team...he was a talented third base baseman and very few errors occurred on the left side of the ball diamond. Ray was a good friend and will be truly missed...
