To Doyle and Bryan Eckert
Looking at the picture of Frances, these thoughts come to mind: We met in 1976 when I joined the Legal Department at NNS. She was a truly well rounded person.Frances was outstandingly good by doing good. She was unfailingly truthful, resourceful in any task, and not hesitant in saying "no" when it was called for. Over the next 46 years, I remember lunch dates, and listening to classical music at the Ferguson Center. I also saw her abilities as a watercolor artist. Her mind was open to learn, explore and travel. She and Doyle went as far as China to get to know another world, and followed their religious faith to Wittenberg, Germany where Martin Luther began his Reformation.
I will miss Frances and share in your sadness.
