Wul “Mickey” S. Weber, 90, passed away on Wednesday, December 22. 2021. Wul was born in South Korea and moved to Newport News, VA with her now deceased husband, U.S. Army MSG Donald Weber. She was a gifted gardener who loved to grow vegetables to cook and share. Her daughters' earliest memories are of Kimchee making parties in her kitchen. Wul liked to play BINGO and she had a talent for winning and gifting her prizes to others. Wul was loving and prioritized staying close to her family both here and in Korea. She was a well-loved Halmoni at Newport News Korean Presbyterian Church. In her later years, Wul was loved and cared for by St. Francis Nursing Center. Wul was a friend to many and loved by all who were blessed to know her. We are very sad to lose her; she will be missed.

Wul was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Weber. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Judith Carmen and her husband, Craig, Jeri Boyles and her husband, John and Dr. Jane Weber Owen; her 7 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Julia, Zachary, Dylan, Allison, Timothy, Grace and her great-grandson, Sawyer.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Weymouth Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 12:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Korean Presbyterian Church, 15260 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23608.
