John was one of a kind. I met him when he was still a teenager and he has always had a heart of gold. John, you will be greatly missed by so many. I was fortunate to have known you. Rest in

John and I worked together setting up the Human Resource IT systems for the Department of Navy almost thirty years ago. He was a delightful team member and friend. I’m saddened to learn of his loss but hold onto some if the wonderful memories we have as a “Code 20 team”.
