I am writing on behalf of my mother, Motoko Dixon. She was friends with Toshiko for many years within a lovely social group of Japanese women in the Tidewater area. I've heard wonderful things about her and enjoyed seeing one of her beautiful paintings. Please accept our sincere condolences for your loss.
