Saveth Sol, 42, of Newport News, Virginia passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Riverside Doctor’s Hospital Williamsburg, after her 10-month battle with cancer.

Saveth was born to Savann and Saveun Sol in Thailand. She was a 2001 graduate of Menchville High School. She went on to study Cosmetology at Luckes Beauty Academy. Saveth started working for John Khut Salon as a Hairstylist, kickstarting a 20-year career in this field. In 2005, she met Chun Hui Lin while working. Saveth and Chun Hui went on to have five wonderful children, Donovan, Nike, Jayden, Justin, and Julianna.

Saveth lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; loved chatting with friends and family and spending time with her nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was known to all who knew her as a caring and faithful friend. Saveth had the ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.

Saveth is survived by her husband; parents; three sons; two daughters; sister; brother-in-law; niece; nephew and numerous extended family. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Saveth has touched are invited to a viewing from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Weymouth Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at the funeral home. Arrangements by Weymouth Funeral Home.
